Conditions of the Buy
The TL454-290-RF is one of a several molds I am going to have Lee cut for me; I thought I would see who would like to be included. In that this benefits me, I really don't care how many are ordered as I'm going to buy them anyway. In light of that, I'm paying the $150 setup fee and all I ask is that you understand my rules for the buy. I hate being a horse's ass but there are some things that need to be said.

   • The designs are set so there will be absolutely no changes, if you want to see something else, order it yourself.
   • I spend quite a bit of time and money doing my research and feel, through experience, that optimum cast bullet design and      performance is firearm (make/model) specific. I identify the firearm used in the development and cannot comment on how the bullet      will perform in any other arm. Please don't ask as I won't respond. Buy the mold and try it as the cost of the mold is only a tenth of     what I've spent developing the bullet for the targeted firearm.
   • If you want your burger spit on, you bug the cook. I will not call Lee and anybody bugging them about my order will not receive a      mold (I will send your money back). I don't have a clue what Lee's schedule is but don't need the molds until next year as my bullet      casting is done for 2010.

Sorry about the conditions but some of the most dissatisfying experiences in my bullet casting life has been honchoing group buys. This is my buy and you are welcome to join if you are a laid back caster.

Warranty
When the molds arrive, I will measure the actual cavity cut on a sample mold from each shipping box to insure that the molds meet my drawing specification. I will not measure each mold.

   • If the molds meet my satisfaction, they will be shipped to you.
      • Any further warranty issues will be between you and Lee. Lee is solid.
   • If the molds do not meet my satisfaction, they will be returned to Lee as a lot. No exceptions, I will not accept them. You can:
      • Wait for the warranty work, usually two weeks.
      • Have your money refunded.

Shipping
All molds will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you use GunPal or PayPal, be sure your shipping address is a valid USPS address before you pay! If you have a change of address during the buy, keep me up to date.

I will ship outside of the US, I've shipped molds to every continent in the world except Antarctica but would send one there too! International orders will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. They will not be insured and shipment is at your own risk. The customs declaration will state the product and price paid. There are no exceptions to these conditions. Contact me before you pay for a mold and I will give you a shipping quote.

Payment
The mold is $54 plus $10 shipping. $2 of your purchase will be donated to MarlinOwners at the end of the buy. If you want to buy multiple molds, contact me before you pay as I can save you money on shipping. If you are outside the US, see the shipping notice above and contact me before paying.

I can accept GunPal or PayPal through the links below, I prefer GunPal. You do not need an account to make a purchase through either source; you can use your credit card. I will take a personal check from a US buyer. Use the snail mail payment link to enter your purchase and shipping information and you will be given my payment address at the completion of the order. I must receive your payment in 7 days or you will be removed from the list.
